The Blaze coaches help prepare athletes to meet life's challenges by embracing the lessons to be learned from the demands of the game during the wins as well as the losses. By the time our athletes play at the 16U age group they are prepared to compete on their High School softball team.

The Northern Virginia Blaze Travel Softball Teams are an organization of dedicated female athletes who train year-round with the personal goal of becoming the best athletes they can while playing the game.

The goal for each age group is to qualify and compete at the National level. Over the last decade our teams have participated at PONY Nationals, ASA Nationals, NSA Nationals, and the USSSA World Series.
